During the public tax hearing on September 4, the Board of Education provided the opportunity for members of the community to voice their opinions on the proposed options for the tax rate. 

When this portion of the meeting concluded, the Board discussed the three options (as outlined on the "Budget Breakdown" under the "Budget Transparency" tab on the website) and then voted to proceed with     Option 2.

With Option 2, the Board of Education voted to lower the tax rate for the community to 63.3 cents per hundred dollars assessed value. The Board is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and opportunities for students while also serving the community.
